Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness to all our patients and staff, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, a £20 charge will apply. Should you fail to cancel your appointment or not attend at the agreed time, the full appointment fee will be payable.
Covid Safety Precautions
Our treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned after each patient and daily. Face masks are no longer required for treatment; however, if you have cold symptoms but still wish to attend, both you and your therapist may consider wearing a face mask to limit the spread of the virus. Rest assured, our therapists are fully vaccinated and take great care to maintain their health. If you have a compromised immune system, please inform us by email before attending the clinic so we can take the necessary precautions in advance.
