Sports Injury

Cancellation Policy
To be fair to all our patients and staff, we request 24 hours notice for any cancellation. A charge of £20 will be due if less than 24 hours notice is given. If you fail to cancel your appointment or do not attend at the agreed time the full appointment fee will be payable.
Covid Safety Precautions
Our treatment rooms are cleaned after each patient and daily. Face mask are not now required for treatment however if you have cold symptoms but still wish to attend a facemask could be considered for both you and your therapist to limit the spread of the cold virus you are experiencing. We can assure you that our therapists are fully vaccinated and take care to remain in good health. If you consider yourself to have a compromised immune system please make us aware by email before attending the clinic to enable us to take the necessary steps in good time.
